Referring to its «bone of happiness» backrest, the Wishbone chair is one of its designer Hans Wegner's most famous. Born in 1949, it was inspired by portraits of Danish merchants sitting on Ming chairs. Its manufacture requires more than 100 steps performed by hand, ensuring a good solidity to the product. Today, it is a flagship piece of Danish design marked by its use of wood in a natural and organic spirit.
