Classic among the classics, this pedestal table designed by Eileen grey in 1927 is one of the icons in the design the most popular of the 20th century.Its distinctive form and its ingenious proportions have made a "must have" design furniture, present in the collection of the MOMA in New York.His name is inspired by that of the summer house E 1027, "House on the edge of the sea", that Eileen grey built for itself and his collaborator Jean Badovici who used their initials to form this Code Name:E For Eileen, 10 for Jean (I being the 10th letter of the alphabet), 2 for B (Badovici) and 7 for G (grey).Timeless and functional, this pedestal table is a perfect complement to any style of interior.
