Drugeot Manufacture is a French company founded in 1969 that specialises in the manufacture of high-end wooden furniture. Founded by Jean-Louis Rochepeau, it is now run by his sons Pierre and Matthieu, who are following in his footsteps by using their craftsmanship and respecting his commitment to quality and innovation. Having transitioned from manufacturing cider barrels to high-end designer furniture, the family business has always sought to bring its passion for woodworking to life.

In 2009, when the Drugeot Labo brand was created, the publisher decided to move towards a more modern and stylish design. The company completely revamped its distribution network and product range and joined Ateliers d'Art de France, the leading professional association for the arts and crafts. In 2018, Drugeot Labo finally became Drugeot Manufacture, further emphasising the concept of French craftsmanship.

Drugeot Manufacture attaches great importance to preserving the environment and uses solid wood sourced exclusively from French forests (oak, ash and beech). It is also committed to reducing its carbon footprint by optimising its production processes and favouring short supply chains for materials: 80% of its suppliers are based in the Pays de la Loire region, their stronghold. Even wood scraps are recycled to fuel the wood-fired ovens of local bakers. The manufacturer has therefore opted for semi-industrial production in order to control costs, quality and lead times, while respecting the environment and the local area.
