The Capitol Complex camel leather armchair was designed in 2019 as a tribute to Pierre Jeanneret and edited by Cassina.
Contemporary reissue of a model originally created for the Capitol Complex in Chandigarh by Pierre Jeanneret in the 1950s, this armchair embodies the elegance of modernist design inspired by the architecture of Le Corbusier. Its robust structure in black stained oak draws inverted "V" supports, faithful resumption of the original spirit. Seat, backrest and generously padded armrests offer immediate comfort, wrapped in a camel leather Wagner, combining visual warmth and tactile flexibility.
Designed for lounge areas, executive offices, reception halls or event lounges, this armchair combines sculptural presence and great comfort for atmospheres that are both contemporary and timeless.
